Party assets are all assets owned by the Somali Labour Party as defined and regulated by the rule of Law and regulations governing the Issue of assets ownership in the National and International definition of asset and its concepts.
a) All assets of the Party such as mobile, immobile, financial, titles, stocks, and patents are exclusively owned by the Somali Labour Party and therefore shall reserve the right for their ownership, administration, and right of use, sell or transfer, according its internal regulations.
b) The Somali Labour Party reserves the right to receive admission fees from all qualified members that apply for membership, annual membership fees, and as well as all kinds of donations from members and non members individually, collectively, from small businesses and or corporations from Somalia and from foreign countries according the rule of law of the country.
Art 14
a) The Somali Labour Party shall acquire legal and functional Status as a political Party immediately after its declaration of establishment, and after its registration at the Somali Competent Ministry for the registration of all Somali Political Parties. It will keep its Status as political Party reserving the legal right for the registered name, flag, constitution, and all other political symbols and slogan since it has all rights reserved for the patent.
b) Headquarters: After the declaration of establishment and registration The Somali Labour Party shall establish its Headquarters and Satellite Headquarters and Offices in Somalia as well as in other Countries if that need may appear to connect all Somalis inside Somalia and at the Diaspora.
c) Mogadishu the Somali Capital shall be the general Headquarter of the Somali Labour Party with other Party Headquarters to be established and open in all Regional capitals, districts and villages in Somalia.
d) The Party may have offices open in the diaspora as long as the needs are identified properly so to facilitate Somalis at the Diaspora to join the party, exercise the rights to vote or to be elected for the Somali Parliament as well as to join Somali political Leadership through the Somali Labour Party Ticket.
Art 15
The Slogan of The Somali Labour Party is the following easy words summarized in one simple Sentence, which is:
“WORK, HONOR, AND JUSTICE FOR ALL”
