Declaration of the Somalia Labour Party Establishment

OBJECTIVES ::
2) To encourage and help Somalis unite and cooperate according to their profession, by re-organizing, and empowering them in order to enable Somalia regain its Status in the International Community, and to pave the road for the Somali Labour Party to govern Somalia through free and fair democratic election.
3) To actively and permanently promote and engage to the National, Regional, and International Security cooperation and pave the road for a stable and solidly lasting peace, prosperity and progress among all Nations in the World generally, and particularly among Somalia and its neighboring Countries .
4) To respect and abide by The UN Charter and the International Declaration of Human Rights, treaties , conventions, and agreements signed by Somalia representatives, legally elected and mandated by the Somali people through democratic elections, and to re-evaluate all other commitments signed by appointed leaders and legislatives in order to protect Somali National interest and rights.
5) To rebuild all Somalia economic infrastructures destroyed or damaged by the Somali Civil Wars, re-train all former Somali skilled professionals, build and or repair Schools, Hospitals, Roads, Bridges, Ports, irrigation canals, airports, restore and revive deforested Somali national savanna and forest by encouraging the plantation of trees in all deforested areas.
6) To develop strong policy for good governance based on transparency, accountability, and objectivity, plus the Somali Labour Party will commit itself to encourage and attract private investors by guaranteeing them full legal protection of their investment and their safety will also open Somalia for all Goodwill Immigrants that would apply for legal settlement.
7) To facilitate and help return to Somalia, and accommodate all Somali born foreigners that had legal Status and business in Somalia before 1990, return to them their ownership and properties such as all traceable and identifiable mobile assets, immobile such as farms, factories, houses and other legally recognized rights.
8) To recognize education, health, food and water not as necessity but as Right for all Somali people, assist Communities in developing and practicing peacefully their religion, culture, tradition, honor and prestige. Develop transparent and tangible strategy that will secure all basic essential needs to all Somalis with respect to their religion, honor and dignity.
9) To encourage foreign corporations and developers to survey, discover and extract Somali natural resources, develop, market and benefit from all existing natural resources such as minerals in all its aspects, fish industry, agro-zoo technical, livestock, tourism, real estate, and transportation industry, plus the establishment of an independent Somali Chamber of Commerce Commission with transparent and tangible mandate with accountability for the Somali people.
10) To pave the road for a united Somalia under a loose federal system that will encourage Regional States to develop and coexist with other regions and the loose central federal government through cooperation and mutual understandings according to the agreed upon Constitution that must protect all rights, and must not violate the religion, culture, tradition, dignity and respect.
11) To restructure the Central federal government by introducing it to small in size parliament not exceeding 123 MPs allocating 1/3 of its representatives to Women group, and a Cabinet that shall not exceed 15 ministers selected according to the labour party policy, and shall allocate five portfolio to elected Somali Labour party women group politicians, an internal party commission shall nominate the cabinet from the elected party MPs.
12) To develop economic policy plans for the short, mid and long term strategy which shall be based upon the necessities such as duty free plans for essential products like food, drugs, water purification and water supplies equipments and machinery, school text books, private owned ambulances, farm seeds, tractors and their spare parts, fishing boats, equipments and parts, for a period of five years from the day The Labour Party takes over Somali political power.
13) To develop solidly strong and lasting policy that must allow Regional States to elect their own Regional Legislative Parliament, their own regional Cabinet and executive, district commissioners, their own Judicial systems and their free choice to settle their cases according both the national laws and the Islamic Sharia, establish their own police force, and custodial corps while the loose Central government must establish Federal Security Institutions and an Independent Judicial System elected directly from the people and shall remain in power for a period of five years immune of any intervention from the executive, legislative and others.
