ECONOMICALLY: The Somali Labour Party shall commit itself to plan and develop an economic policy that shall reflect the reality of our Allah given resources such as agricultural products, livestock, fishery, minerals, to be implemented transparently through real division of labour, and equal opportunity in sharing the Somali National Wealth according to the federal principles.
b) Shall cooperate to the creation of a solidly strong and confidently growing economy in all its sectors such as production, service, marketing, creating consumer confidence, and laying the basis of an economy that shall attract the attention on all investors, nationally, regionally, and Internationally.
c) The Somali Labour party shall commit itself to encourage an all inclusive participation of all Business groups nationally and internationally to develop Somalia’s economy in a transparently achievable economical targets in both Private and Public sectors through free market economy based on free and fair competition.
d) The Somali Labour Party shall create a solidly strong system of government that must commit itself to attract and accommodate all goodwill private investors, create affordable banking system, reduce and keep stable tax and related financial guarantees. Plus the Party must commit itself to protect and safeguard national and International investors personal safety and security of their assets in all its forms (mobile and immobile, titles, bonds, stocks, cash and so forth).
e) Its among the Party’s tremendous responsibilities to fight and win corruption in all its form, to make sure the nations assets and money don’t fall into the pockets of corrupt politicians, administrators, brokers, and facilitators. Strict accountability must follow every fraudulent action and justice must be done promptly and fairly in order to attain the Somali people’s confidence and trust to the system.
d) The Somali Labour Party shall nominate and establish an independent Commission to search and locate all looted Somali National assets after the collapse of the former Somali Government in 1990, locate and recover legally in order to assure Somalis that the Somali National assets are always protected, and must not be looted by anybody or criminal organization in the future.

a) Somali Labour Party’s Flag is Rectangular in Shape, and has three equally connected rectangles with RED COLOR at the top and Bottom, and BLUE in the Mid.
b) A bright SUN shining in the middle section of the flag.
c) Except the Bright SUN at the middle of the Flag which means that Somalia as a country and Somalis have come out of the darkness of political instability and catastrophe into a very Bright Midday where they can see the right political direction promised by the Somali Labour Party, all other symbols and colors are reflections of the real Ideology of Labour Parties around The Globe.
Art 7
EDUCATION: a) The Somali Labour Party shall commit itself to encourage and invest in free and compulsory primary and secondary education and free but voluntary vocational education for every Somali Citizen that have an interest in achieving vocational training in all its aspects followed by a realistic job creation and facilitation to employment policy.
b) Alongside the publicly funded education the Somali Labour Party Shall also encourage Private Schools, provided that their curriculum matches the Somali National curriculum as well as the needs of our citizens in accordance to the educational political strategy of the party.
c) The party may also assist students that plan to pursue university education in and outside Somalia but shall not commit itself as obligation because the post secondary university education is not in the party’s short term and imminent educational policy plan. |
