The Somali Labour Party shall be led and governed by elected party members at the first Convention of the Central Committee.
b) The Party shall be led and governed by the Party Chairperson who is currently the founder, assisted by the Secretary General and the spokesperson in the coordination and administration of the party.
c) The President, Secretary General, and party’s treasurer shall stay in power from the day of their election till the next party convention, which shall take place once after every five years. Emergency Party sessions may be held only for administration purpose but not for Party Leadership in anyway.
d) Party Leaders may cease functions because of voluntary resignation, death, health incapacitation, and impediments related to legal judiciary orders or final and not appeal able sentences by the Country’s Supreme Court.
e) The provision in paragraph (d) is applicable to all Party members in relation to the rules of the membership cessation.
f) CENTRAL COMMITTEE: The Somali Labour Party shall have a 150 members of the Party central Committee from all departments of the Party according to the skills and professional categories equally and proportionally shared numbers as follows:- 100 seats for male members and 50 seats for female members. After careful consideration Party Leaders have decided to allocate the seats as mentioned above which shall satisfy democratically and religiously the Somali political power sharing balance.

All Party Officers or and commissioners must function transparently with accountability to its Leaders and auditing commission.
a) Department of Production Sector: To be organized and categorized according their skills and professions focusing of the production sectors that are assigned such as Famers, fishermen, mechanics, electrician, carpenters, masons, miners, steel workers, welders, factory workers and so forth.
b) Department of Service Sector: Also to be organized and categorized according their skills and professions in accordance to the sectors they belong to such as education services providers professors, teachers, school; college and university personals, health care service providers such as doctors, nurses, paramedics, ambulance drivers; Tourist service providers, airline staffs, land and maritime transportation service providers, veterinary and livestock service providers; Legal and paralegal service providers, counselors and municipalities.
c) Department of Youth mobilization: This department constitutes the very nerve of the Party and is the fundamental organ of the party. It shall commit itself to mobilize, register, educate and orientate all Somali Youth to learn and to understand the principles, philosophy, and ideology of The Somali Labour Party as the only party with clear political, social, and economical principles, to be proud members of it, to lobby and defend those principles, to campaign for the Party to win political elections so to pave the road for a future Somali Labour Government.
The Somali Labour Party commits itself to nurture and prepare future Somali political Leaders from their early age of schooling, followed by continues and well supervised nationally motivated political curriculum with transparently achievable goals so the to pave the road for the Party Youth to be ready for the Party Leadership as well as the Somali National Leadership.
d) Department of Party ethics: Must promote good party ethics based upon strict discipline as well as Peace makers, and work steadily for the safety, security and party discipline.
The Somali Labour Party shall write and promote ethical training courses for all Party members which should be based upon nationalism, tolerance, forgiveness, honesty, acceptance of difference, multiculturalism, respect for all, and vigilance against all crimes.
e) Department of Party Ideology: In charge of Party mass mobilization, Party ideological education as well as Inter Community Connection and Cooperation.
Party Academics, philosophers, shall direct this department, plan and execute party ideology in conformity with the general principles of ideology of the generally recognized existing World Labour Parties.
Party ideology shall always be compatible and not contradict the Somali Religion, culture, and tradition and must create favorable hence acceptable condition to all Somalis to be proud Somali Labour Party Member.
Ideological principles must promote Justice, Work, and honor to achieve peace, progress and prosperity in all sectors of life.
f) Department of Public Relations: The Somali Labour Party strongly believes and trusts that a solidly well established Party Public relation can contribute much in all party activities, help achieve all set up and planned goals by the Party (Short term, mid term, and long term) and that is why its considered among the party’s priority the establishment of this department.
The establishment of Public Relation Offices in all the country from village to district, region and all the way to the Party general Headquarter in the Nation’s Capital in order to facilitate Party interactions with its members and with all non members in and outside Somalia, to help them learn more effectively all about The Somali Labour Party’s policy, principles, as well as its ideology and philosophy. » Continue to Read More . . .
